Who do you work with?: We work with sex workers who belong to ‘vulnerable’ social groups such as women migrants escaping from rural areas where the armed conflict is especially rampant, transgender women, young women, women of ethnic and/or racial minorities and women escaping from domestic violence and abuse. They are street sex workers located in three specific areas down-town Bogota.

How can you contribute to the mission of this organization?

Volunteers

In Bogota: Our volunteers in Bogotá help us in different events that we organize with the community. If you want to be part of these events, send us an email with a short description about you or your resume and we will contact you to participate with us in future activities.

Outside: Our volunteers from outside Colombia help us to contact PARCES with other people and organizations with similar goals. Also, if you are temporarily in Bogotá, help us depending on your experience with different activities with the community. If you plan to come to Colombia and / or simply want to work with us, send us an email with your resume and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Internships: Our interns help in the different projects and events we organize with the community, depending on their professional experience. If you want to do your internship in PARCES, send us your resume and we will contact you as soon as possible (PARCES gives its interns a certificate of their experience in the organization, for what the intern needs).
