Gender equality is an issue in all countries. Director Galumalemana Steven Percival explores the issue in Samoa with the support of the Pacific Media Assistance Scheme (PACMAS). The documentary explores the intersection between traditional cultural beliefs and women’s participation in community life in Samoa. Men and women are given the opportunity to articulate what they belief are the barriers to gender equality in the country.
